Reviews for Goodyear Elite Tire Upland will live on public review platforms, such as the Google Business Profile once it is set up, under the current shop name. Ratings earned under the lot's former name are not shown as ours. The shop aims to reply to every review within 48 hours, and asks for reviews only after a clean close.

Where will reviews for the shop live?

Reviews belong on independent platforms where anyone can read them and the shop cannot edit them. The main one will be the Google Business Profile under the name Goodyear Elite Tire Upland, which is being set up. Other directory profiles will be claimed and corrected so the name, address and phone match.

U-Haul customers can also leave feedback through U-Haul's own review system for this dealer location. Links will be added here once each profile is live and correct.

Why doesn't this site show a star rating?

The shop is building its review history under its current name. Reviews left under the lot's former name describe a different chapter, so we do not display those ratings as ours. We also do not post review quotes, star counts or testimonials unless they come from a real source that you can check.

That may make the site look quieter than others for a while. We think that is better than borrowed stars. See reviews and testimonials for how feedback will be shown.

How does the shop respond to reviews?

The goal is a reply to every review within 48 hours, whether it is one star or five.

  1. Thank you: every reviewer gets a reply.
  2. Specifics: we respond to what was actually said, not with a template.
  3. Problems: we acknowledge the issue and invite the customer to call so we can look at the car or the paperwork.
  4. No arguing in public: details stay private, and customer information is never shared in a reply.
  5. Follow-through: if we said we would fix something, we do, and we note the change.

When does the shop ask for a review?

Only after a clean close: the work is done, the invoice matches the approved estimate, and the walkthrough is finished. For rentals, that means after the return walkaround.

We never offer discounts or gifts for reviews, never ask for a specific rating, and never write reviews on anyone's behalf. If you would rather not leave one, that is fine.

What if something went wrong on your visit?

Call (909) 608-7699 first. A comeback gets inspected, not argued about. If the same problem returns after a repair, we look at the car and explain what we find. Many problems are fixed faster by phone than through a review thread.

You are still free to post a review at any time. We will reply either way. Our service guarantees page explains how we handle work that needs another look.

What feedback is most useful?

The most helpful reviews describe what happened: the service, whether the estimate was clear, whether photos were shown, how long the visit took, and whether the invoice matched. That helps other drivers decide and helps us improve.

Common concerns we work to prevent are surprise fees, extra work without approval, long waits without updates, and rental trucks that are not clean or low on fuel. If any of those happened, tell us. Our transparent pricing page explains how estimates and invoices should line up.

How should you read reviews for any repair shop?

Star averages say little on their own. Read the written reviews and look for details that match what matters to you: clear estimates, photos, no surprise charges and honest advice about what can wait. A shop's replies tell you as much as the reviews themselves.

  • Look for reviews that name the service and describe the visit
  • Check whether problems got a calm, specific reply
  • Notice whether the same complaint repeats over time
  • Give recent reviews more weight than old ones
  • Be wary of many short, vague reviews posted close together
  • Confirm the name, address and phone match the business you plan to visit

What records back up what a reviewer says?

Every visit leaves a paper trail that you can check against any review, including your own. If you write about a repair, these records help you be specific.

  1. Inspection photos: what the technician saw before the estimate.
  2. Written estimate: each item marked need or want, with your approval.
  3. Invoice: should match the approved estimate line by line.
  4. Alignment printout: angles before and after, when an alignment was done.
  5. Old parts: available to see if you asked before the work.

If any record does not match what you were told, call the desk. That is a problem we want to fix quickly.

What about ratings from before the current name?

The lot at 1775 W Foothill Blvd operated under another name before it became Goodyear Elite Tire Upland. Some directories still show that older listing with its own reviews and ratings. Those reviews describe a previous business chapter, so we do not count them, quote them or show them as ours.

If you find an old listing, you are welcome to review your recent visit under the current name instead. The history of the change is on our story.

What should rental customers mention in feedback?

U-Haul rentals have their own checkpoints, and feedback on them helps the next mover. Useful details include whether the phone reservation was clear, whether the truck or trailer was clean with the fuel level noted, whether the hitch check happened before you towed, and how smooth the return walkaround was.

If a rental had a problem, call the desk while the details are fresh so we can look at the equipment. Photos you took at pickup or return, such as the fuel gauge or an existing scratch, make it easier to sort out what happened and fix it fairly.

How does the shop handle different kinds of reviews?

Every reply follows the same principle: answer the real point, keep private details private, and offer a next step.

SituationWhat we do
Positive reviewThank the reviewer and mention what they described
Complaint about priceExplain how the estimate was approved and offer to go over it
Complaint about a repairInvite the customer back for an inspection of the work
Review that does not match any visitAsk the reviewer to call so we can find the record
Rental complaintAsk for the date and equipment so we can check it

We do not ask platforms to remove honest reviews, even unhappy ones.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I leave a review?

Once the shop's Google Business Profile and other listings are live under the current name, links will appear on this page. Until then, you can email feedback to hello@goodyearelitetireupland.com.

How quickly does the shop reply to reviews?

The goal is within 48 hours for every review. Replies are specific to what you wrote, and any problem gets an invitation to call so we can look into it directly.

Why aren't older reviews shown on your site?

Reviews left under the lot's former name belong to that chapter. The shop is building its review history under the current name rather than displaying ratings it did not earn as Goodyear Elite Tire Upland.

Can I leave a review for a U-Haul rental?

Yes. U-Haul has its own review system for dealer locations, and you can mention the rental in a review of the shop too. Tell us about the equipment, the walkaround and the hitch check.

Do you offer anything in exchange for a review?

No. We do not offer discounts or gifts for reviews and do not ask for a particular rating. We ask only after the job is finished and you have seen the walkthrough.

Does the shop have a star rating I can check?

Not yet under the current name. The Google Business Profile is still being set up, and ratings from the older listing are not ours to show. Once public reviews build up, links will be posted on this page.
