Send the form with your company name, how many vehicles you run, and what they need. We contact you to talk through scheduling, who approves work, and how you want invoices. Each vehicle still gets a written estimate before work. There is no guaranteed reply time, so call (909) 608-7699 if a vehicle is down.
What happens after you send a fleet inquiry?
Someone from the shop reads your inquiry and calls or emails you. The first conversation covers your vehicles, the service they need most, and how your business handles approvals and billing. From there we agree on how you want to send vehicles in.
For an overview of the work we do on company vehicles, see fleet maintenance and fleet service programs.
What should a fleet inquiry include?
These details help us prepare for the first call:
- Company name and a contact who can approve work
- Number of vehicles and the mix (sedans, pickups, cargo vans, diesel)
- Typical mileage per month
- Services you need most: tires, oil changes, brakes, inspections
- How you prefer approvals: phone, email, or text
- Billing needs such as purchase order numbers or unit numbers on invoices
Do fleet vehicles get written estimates too?
Yes. Each vehicle gets a written estimate, and work starts only after your approved contact says yes. Findings are split into what needs attention now and what can wait, so you can plan spending across the fleet.
How is your company information handled?
The inquiry is delivered to the shop by email through our email provider. We use it to set up and serve your account and never sell it. See the privacy policy.
