What should you do first when your car breaks down?
Get yourself and your passengers safe before you think about the car. If you can, move off the road, turn on your hazard lights, and stay away from moving traffic.
- Danger, injury, or a crash: call 911.
- Stuck on the freeway or a busy road: stay in a safe place and call 911 or your roadside provider.
- Need a tow or a tire change on the spot: call your roadside provider, auto club, or insurer.
The shop does not send trucks or technicians to the roadside.
When can the shop help?
During business hours, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, call (909) 608-7699 before you head over or before you have the car towed here. We can tell you whether we can look at it that day.
- Flat tire: if the spare is on or the car can be driven safely, bring it in. We check whether the tire can be patched or needs replacing. See flat tire repair.
- No-start or weak battery: after a jump start or a tow, we test the battery and charging system. See battery replacement.

You still get a written estimate before any work starts.
What if it happens after hours?
Outside business hours, rely on your roadside provider or 911 if you are unsafe. If you want the car towed to the shop, call us when we open first so we can confirm we can take it and how to reach you. Saturday hours are not posted yet, so call to confirm.
