These disclosures explain the limits of what you read on this site. Estimates are estimates until you approve them. No reviews are shown until they are collected under our current name. Photo areas are placeholders. Calculator results are guidance, not quotes. Financing, when offered, depends on the lender approving you.
Are estimates final prices?
No. An estimate is our best figure for the work based on what we found. It becomes the agreed number when you approve it in writing. If we find something else during the job, we stop and contact you with the finding and the added cost before doing more. Work you did not approve is not added to your bill. Why are there no reviews on the site?
The shop operates under a new name, and we only want to show reviews written for Goodyear Elite Tire Upland. Until customers leave reviews under this name, review areas stay empty. We do not write, buy, or edit reviews, and we do not show star ratings we have not earned under this name.
When reviews appear, they will come from real customers on public review platforms.
Are the photos on the site real?
Not yet. Real photos of the shop are still to come. Until then, each photo spot is a labeled box describing the picture that will go there. We do not use stock photos to represent our shop, staff, or work.
How much can you rely on the calculators?
The calculators give general guidance, such as a typical oil change interval or when to think about replacing tires. They are not quotes, inspections, or promises. Results depend on what you enter and cannot see the actual condition of your vehicle. Cost ranges are published only after the service advisor signs them off. Your owner's manual and an inspection come first.
Is financing guaranteed?
No. When financing is offered, it is provided by an outside lender and is subject to that lender's application, approval, and terms. We do not set approval decisions or rates. Ask the shop what is available for your visit, and read the lender's terms before you sign. See financing options.

- Same-day work: same-day tire service happens when the size is in stock and a bay is open.
