Goodyear Elite Tire Upland keeps visits simple: you can wait or drop off, tires can often go on the same day when your size is in stock and a bay is open, related jobs are bundled into one visit, and U-Haul trucks and trailers are on the same lot. Booking is a request, and we call or text to confirm.
Can you wait or drop off the car?
Both work. Shorter jobs, like a flat repair, a rotation, or a tire install, are often good for waiting. Longer jobs, like a diagnosis or brake work on both axles, are usually easier as a drop-off. The advisor gives you a time window at check-in so you can decide, and we contact you before that window runs out if the job will take longer.
We do not advertise a shuttle, loaner cars, or after-hours key drop. If you need one of those, call (909) 608-7699 to ask what is possible for your visit.
Can tires go on the same day?
Often, yes. Same-day mounting depends on two things: your tire size being in stock and a bay being open. Call with the size printed on your sidewall and we will check. If the tires need to be ordered, we tell you the expected timing and write it on your estimate.
For more on how installs are handled, see same-day tire mounting.
How do bundles save you a trip?
Bundles put jobs that belong together on one visit and one estimate. An oil change and a rotation share the same lift time. New tires and an alignment share the same appointment. A brake inspection turns into a brake job on the same day when the photos show the pads are done. Each bundle costs less than the jobs bought separately.

Why does having U-Haul on the lot help?
Moving days and car trouble often land in the same week. With U-Haul trucks, cargo vans, trailers, and tow dollies on the same lot, you can pick up a rental and get your own car looked at on one trip. If you are towing, we check the hitch on your vehicle before you leave.
Reservations are by phone only. Call (909) 608-7699 to reserve. At pickup and return, we walk the rental with you to check fuel, cleanliness, and lights. Size help is on the U-Haul overview.
How do booking and updates work?
You can call, send a booking request, or send a quote request online. A booking request is not an instant slot: we call or text to confirm the time. During the job, the advisor contacts you with photos and the estimate, and you can approve by signature or text.
| Step | How it happens |
|---|---|
| Book | Call or send a request |
| Confirm | We call or text with a time |
| Approve | Signature or text on the written estimate |
| Update | We contact you before the time window runs out |
| Pickup | Walkthrough and an invoice that matches |
What can make a visit take longer than planned?
Most delays come from four places: parts that need to be ordered, something new found once the car is apart, a worn part that has to be fixed before an alignment will hold, or a busy day in the bays. When any of these happens, the advisor contacts you with the reason and a new time window, instead of leaving you to guess.
| Cause of delay | What you hear from us |
|---|---|
| Tire size or part not in stock | Expected timing, written on the estimate |
| New finding once parts are off | Photo and a revised estimate to approve |
| Worn steering or suspension part | Explanation before the alignment continues |
| Busy bays | An honest time window at check-in |
You can decline added work and keep the visit on its original plan. The approved job still gets finished.
How can you save time before you come in?
A few minutes of prep can shorten the visit. Call with your tire size if you are shopping for tires, so stock can be checked first. Ask for a written quote on bigger jobs before you drive over. And mention everything the car is doing, so the inspection covers it on one trip instead of two.
- Tire shoppers: read the size off the sidewall and call (909) 608-7699.
- Bigger jobs: request a quote so the number is known ahead of time.
- Wheel locks: bring the key if your wheels use locking lug nuts.
- Moving too: if you need a truck, ask which size fits; the truck size page helps before you call.
- Contact: say whether you prefer a call or a text for updates.
How do updates keep a drop-off moving?
When you drop off, the visit runs on updates. The advisor sends the inspection photos and estimate by text, or calls if you prefer. You reply to approve, and work starts. If the job runs long, you hear before the time window closes. That way you can plan your day without calling the shop to ask where things stand.
- Drop off during business hours and confirm your contact method.
- Get the photos and estimate when the inspection is done.
- Approve the lines you want by text or call.
- Hear about any change before the time window runs out.
- Get a call or text when the car is ready.
